Sadder Days are an NYC-based creative duo blending electronic pop and hyper-R&B into yearnful, cathartic songs about sensuality, heartbreak, and escape. Composed of creative firebrand Cameron Wesley and strategic visionary Grant Celestine, the group draws inspiration from classic ’80s/’90s pop-R&B, Visual Kei, and classical composers. They channel percussive hooks, rich harmony, and a gothic-leaning visual world that moves between city parks, subways, and cathedral backdrops. Their debut album Yin & Yang centers on balance and harmony in romance and sensuality. Each track is paired with a hidden “sister song” scattered throughout the record, mirroring their obsession with duality. At its core, their message circles the importance of reflection, using the reminder of “sadder days” as a way to see growth more clearly.

Cameron is the creative force and right side of Sadder Days’ brain, writing, producing, and engineering every track while shaping the duo’s sound and visual language through fashion, graphics, and movement. He brings their vision to life by directing and creating all of their visuals, including music videos, graphics, and outfits. Grant is the left side of the brain, helping execute that shared vision day to day through co-producing music videos, scheduling shoots and content, and scouting locations to bring each release to life. Together, they bring Sadder Days to life.
