BODY☆BAG is a high-BPM, high-energy DJ and producer collective redefining hardcore with an innovative, genre-bending sound.

Founded in New York City in 2020, BODY☆BAG delivers their “grotesque hardcore” sound to nightlife scenes across the U.S. and beyond

Drawing from gabber, rap, trance, hardstyle, and underground techno, they unleash relentless energy and destroy dance floors while pushing the boundaries of style and rave music at every set.

The collective includes: 

Nurse (Alexander Lopez) - BODY☆BAG founder from the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York, Nurse is the founder and ringleader of the Body Bag (Grotesque Hardcore) collective. Since 2017, he has been DJing hardcore EDM and Gabber, rising alongside Brooklyn’s DIY scene. Today, Nurse fuses elements of SoundCloud culture with EDM, pushing the genre forward through his distinct production style and DJ sets.

DJ Kellen (Kellen Majcher) - a Texas-born, NYC-based club DJ playing Techno, Hardcore, Club, and Trance music domestically and internationally. His mixes have appeared on platforms like NTS Radio, Hong Kong Community Radio, and OLA France. He has also performed at fashion events for brands including Grailed, 424, and Boiler Room.

KING (Emma King) - known for crafting high-intensity sets that blend hard techno, trance, hyperpop, and rap. Her sets push boundaries— visceral, immersive, and charged with energy. From Las Vegas, now living in New York City.

Kunt Cobain (Sky Liv Meyer) - an abrasive sonic weapon forged in the deep underground depths of Los Angeles’s rave scene. Every set is 100% original music, performed live on analog hardware. Influenced by the sounds of schranz, gabber, terrorcore, industrial, hardstyle, and trance, she seamlessly weaves together dark, high-voltage soundscapes of brutality and ecstasy driven by punishing kicks and searing acid lines.

m i m i (Mimi Hong) - based in New York, m i m i blends euphoric trance with vulnerable hardcore, through emotional sonic storytelling that feels both heartfelt and immediate. Their sets layer memory and tempo, building from personal moments to true total release. 

T3chnofairy (Ava Trammell) - a Chicago-based DJ originally from Atlanta, is rapidly carving out a place in the underground electronic scene as both a promoter and a driving force in contemporary hardcore techno. Her performances unfold like emotional narratives, designed to keep audiences invested in every unexpected turn.
